if only we’re brave enough to see it,

Naomi Brave
Founder and President, Malden Arts

Naomi Brave is the founder of Malden Arts, a local non-profit dedicated to enriching lives by experiencing, learning about, or creating art – and where artists and others find welcome, community, and inspiration.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Naomi has called Malden her home since 1998. Her day job is Managing Director of the Center for Integrated Quantum Materials at Harvard University, but her heart is with promoting the arts in Malden. Naomi has spearheaded the Malden Arts ARTLine, Window Arts Malden, the Switchbox Project and helped bring Little Free Libraries to Malden. She loves volunteering in her community, and in her spare time enjoys knitting, gardening, playing the piano, and walking with her husband and dog in the Fells.
